We provide all services for the recruitment of OFW's (Overseas Filipino Workers) from the Philippines as required by our overseas clients. The services that we are currently offering are:
- Sourcing: From Branch offices, Provincial recruitment, Advertising through leading National Newspapers, TV & Radio, Jobs Fair and all other possible venue in order to acquire qualified applicants.
- Screening/Selection: Select the right candidate based from the employer’s requisite. The entire selection process is conducted by our team of professional/experts who will take on the full responsibility of providing the client the best work force as per the client job specification.
- Interviewing: Our human resources department arranges interviews for the short listed applicants. On receipt of requisition from overseas employers a careful scrutiny of the applications received and preliminary selection will be made bearing in mind the requirements of the employer on the basis trades/skills, aptitude, educational standards and physical fitness. In the event the principal/employer wishes to carry out the selection through their team of experts, we welcome the client’s team to visit our office in Manila, Philippines. We shall provide all assistance in carrying out interviews.
- Trade Testing: We help the candidates obtain certificates for their skills by coursing them thru TESDA (Technical Education & Skills Development Authority) accredited trade test centers.
- Medical Examination: Proper Medical examination through selected DOH (Department of Health), POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) & Foreign Embassies accredited medical clinics/hospitals.
- PDOS (Pre-departure Orientation Seminar): A seminar designed to provide OFW's with information to prepare them for living and working overseas which is required of all outbound OFW's.
- POEA Processing/Documentation: Processing the documents for all departing OFW's and have their contract approved by the POEA.
- Airline Booking & Assistance: We always endeavor to provide our departing OFW's a worry-free travel to ensure high spirit and motivation. Providing free transfer to the airport with full assistance up to the actual boarding.
